Refund & Return Policy

Our products are commercial heavy‑duty cooking equipment, custom‑oriented for B2B customers.
Please confirm all specifications before order confirmation. Return is not accepted once goods have been shipped, unless product has manufacturing defect verified by our technical team.
For confirmed factory defects, we provide spare‑parts replacement rather than full refund.
No refund for wrong selection by buyer, improper installation, misuse or normal wear‑and‑tear.
All return or claim must be notified within 14 days after goods arrival.
