Shipping Policy

All commercial BBQ ovens and pizza ovens are manufactured and shipped from China.
Lead time: 15‑30 working days after confirmed deposit.All shipping cost, duty, import tax and local clearance fees are borne by the buyer.
We do not cover destination country customs duties, taxes or local handling charges.
Delivery time depends on sea / air freight schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier, customs inspection or force‑majeure events.
Risk of goods transfers to buyer upon goods hand‑over to freight forwarder.
