Welcome to visit and use this website. We are committed to providing high-quality pizza ovens, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor barbecue equipment for global B2B customers. To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please carefully read the following service policies before using this website and placing an order.

1. Scope of application
This policy applies to all product browsing, inquiry, procurement, and after-sales service activities conducted through this website. This website is only aimed at business to business (B2B) customers and does not directly target end consumers.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product information
The pictures and specifications of the products displayed on this website (including pizza ovens, outdoor kitchen equipment, and barbecue equipment) are for reference only. Actual products may be adjusted due to batch production differences, customization requirements, or technological upgrades. For detailed specifications or customized solutions, please contact the sales team for the latest information.

2.2 Order confirmation
All orders must be confirmed by both parties (including price, quantity, specifications, delivery time, etc.) before they take effect. We reserve the final interpretation right and the right to cancel abnormal orders caused by price errors or inventory anomalies.

2.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Different products have independent minimum order quantity requirements, which are subject to the official quotation or formal contract. Customized products usually require a higher MOQ.

3. Price and Payment
3.1 Price Description
All quotations are exclusive of tax and freight unless otherwise specified. Bulk orders and long-term cooperative customers can enjoy exclusive preferential pricing.

3.2 Payment method
We support the following formal payment methods: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) for large-volume orders, and other payment methods agreed by both parties.

3.3 Payment terms
Standard orders adopt the term of 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance payment before shipment. Customized orders require a higher advance deposit ratio. Unpaid orders will not be arranged for production or shipment.

4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Production cycle
The production cycle of standard products is 15 to 35 working days. The production cycle of customized products will be confirmed separately according to product complexity.

4.2 Logistics and Transportation
We support sea freight, air freight and land transportation. The default trade term is FOB, which can be negotiated according to customer needs. The buyer is responsible for destination customs clearance and all import-related fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Risk transfer
The ownership and risk of goods shall be transferred to the buyer after the goods are delivered in accordance with the confirmed trade terms.

5. Quality Assurance and After-sales Service
5.1 Quality assurance
All products undergo strict quality inspection and testing before delivery. We provide a 12-month limited warranty service calculated from the date of shipment.

5.2 After sales support
We provide professional after-sales services including installation guidance, product usage training, spare parts supply and professional troubleshooting support.

5.3 Warranty Scope
The limited warranty does not cover artificial damage, improper installation or operation, unauthorized product modification, and normal wear and tear of consumable accessories.

6. Return and Exchange Policy
B2B bulk orders do not support unreasonable returns. For products with confirmed manufacturing quality problems, we provide targeted solutions including spare parts replacement and overall product replacement according to the actual situation. All after-sales applications must be submitted within 7 working days after the goods arrive.

7. Customized Services
We provide professional OEM and ODM customized services, including brand logo customization, product structural design, packaging design and overall outdoor kitchen solution customization. Once the customized order is confirmed, no cancellation or modification is allowed.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content including product images, design drawings, text descriptions and technical materials is owned by our company. Any unauthorized reproduction, dissemination and commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
Within the scope permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect losses such as profit loss and business interruption. The maximum compensation liability shall not exceed the total amount of the corresponding order.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
We only collect and use customer information for business cooperation and after-sales service. We will never sell or actively disclose customer private data to third parties, except for legal mandatory requirements.

11. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update this service policy at any time. The revised policy will take effect automatically after being published on the official website.
